Information you provide
The Site receives information you intentionally send through the concierge and cart, including questions, patent-search concepts, licensing interests, consulting context, selected license tier and cadence, consulting hours, consulting brief details, and a referral code or email you choose to enter, account registration details, inquiry contact information and automatically created affiliate profiles.
How the concierge processes messages
The AgentixOS server runs its embedded agent adapter to retrieve relevant patent and commercial context, remove recognizable credential patterns, and assemble one bounded prompt. The kernel sends that prompt directly to a configured model provider. For signed-in users, the prompt can include their saved conversation, current license and purchase summaries, remaining consulting hours, affiliate totals, and a bounded summary of their own recent behavior and campaigns. Anonymous context is limited to the current visitor and cart. Provider credentials remain server-side and are never exposed to your browser.
Application storage
AgentixOS stores a pseudonymous cart identifier, cart contents, consulting brief, referral email and opaque referral records, campaign attribution, versioned agreement reference, order state, Stripe transaction references, license state, consulting-hour record, commission ledger, and webhook processing receipts in its hosted application database. Signed-in concierge conversations are stored under the account’s numeric session ID. Recent saved turns are loaded across visits and model providers. Recognizable credentials are redacted before storage. Clear memory in the concierge deletes saved conversation turns. Anonymous conversations are temporary and are not added to a signed-in account automatically.
Account verification and passwords
Accounts store a password hash, approval status and hashed session and verification tokens. Registration and password resets use a prepared email that you send to contact@agentixos.org, with a BCC copy to djtelicloud@gmail.com. Staff review the inbound request before activation. The Site does not send outbound account email. Passwords are never included in email drafts. Account and verification cookies keep this process attached to your browser. Internal lead notes remain visible only to authorized staff.
Partner privacy
Numeric identifiers and custom codes map to a partner account on the server. Buyers do not receive the resolved partner email. Partners see their own attributed earnings and counts without buyer identities. Choosing an email referral link exposes that email in the link. Completed purchases may restore referral attribution for subsequent signed-in carts. Approved corporate-domain claims can attribute future verified company accounts to the first verified company member. This gives the referrer no access to those accounts. IP-derived rate-limit keys help prevent abuse; an IP address does not establish referral identity.
Patent search
Patent searches run against the AgentixOS corpus. Search questions and selected public source records may be sent to configured model providers for semantic retrieval and UniGrok answers. Results link to public third-party patent sources, whose privacy practices apply when you leave this Site.
Stripe checkout and referral verification
License and consulting transactions are completed on Stripe. Stripe receives the information you provide during checkout and processes payment, subscription, tax, fraud-prevention, discount, and transaction records under its own privacy terms. To verify referral eligibility, AgentixOS checks whether a code maps to an active verified partner or the supplied email matches an eligible AgentixOS customer. Stripe metadata receives opaque referral identifiers, not the referral email.
Use of information
Information is used to answer requests, retrieve relevant sources, prepare and maintain the cart, verify checkout and agreement acceptance, administer licenses, coordinate consulting, attribute referrals and campaigns, calculate discounts and commissions, operate and secure the Site, diagnose failures, and improve AgentixOS services. AgentixOS does not use the concierge to make automated legal conclusions.
Cookies and campaign analytics
AgentixOS uses secure HTTP-only cart, visitor and visit cookies. Visitor cookies last up to 90 days and visit cookies expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. We record named page, click, search-category, form, engagement, cart, checkout, account and concierge events with UTM fields, advertising click IDs and safe custom campaign parameters. Passwords, secret tokens, arbitrary form text and raw search terms are not analytics values. A persistent first-party browser ID links eligible anonymous public activity from the preceding 90 days to an account after verified sign-in. The stored link uses a hashed cookie ID, not hardware fingerprinting. Shared-browser history is excluded when multiple accounts are known; a browser match is a continuity signal rather than proof of a person’s identity. Suspected automation is classified separately using request signatures and event rates; detection is not guaranteed. Privacy signals such as DNT and GPC stop linked behavioral collection and leave aggregate operational counters. Verified transaction and security records remain necessary to operate accounts and purchases. Affiliate reports contain attributed public activity and totals, never other customers’ private account actions or identities. No third-party behavioral analytics package is added.
Choices and requests
Do not send confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information through the public concierge. For a privacy, access, correction, or deletion request, use the support or contact channel identified in your Stripe transaction record or your direct AgentixOS engagement.
Changes
AgentixOS may update this notice as the Site, storage, providers, or checkout flow changes. The effective date identifies the current public version.
Before you send sensitive context
Use the public concierge for discovery and initial scoping. Coordinate a protected channel directly with AgentixOS before sharing confidential repositories, credentials, personal data, or regulated materials.
