Direct referral program terms

• Every AgentixOS account automatically includes an affiliate profile and referral link. Sharing and commissions become available when the account is active. No separate signup, paid license or recruitment is required.
• A qualifying referral gives 20% off the first three months of a monthly license, every renewal of an annual license, and each eligible consulting purchase. Free licenses remain $0.
• Direct commission is 30% of money collected after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping and adjusted for refunds, disputes and credits. Processing fees are not deducted under the current program. Unpaid invoices and free licenses earn no commission.
• Consulting earns direct commission only. There are no recruitment rewards or automatic multi-level commissions.
• Self-referrals do not earn commission. Fraud, impersonation, spam and misleading claims can suspend participation. Do not imply that you represent AgentixOS or guarantee legal outcomes.
• Private codes protect your email address. They do not remove obligations to disclose paid endorsements or commercial relationships.
• Customers may enter another eligible code before purchase. Returning signed-in customers start new carts with their earliest completed eligible referral; subscription renewals retain the attribution recorded at purchase.
• Company-domain recognition requires a reviewed claim by the first verified member of a company-controlled domain. It applies to future verified accounts at that exact domain, does not override an entered code or existing purchase attribution, and grants no access to other company accounts.
• The dashboard shows accrued commissions, which remain subject to review and adjustment. Payout timing and method are arranged manually; no automatic payout or fixed settlement date is promised.
